Qualifications

• Understanding of FP business model and financial planning processes.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to rollout.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Deep understanding of productivity drivers and behavioural change in a sales environment.
• Strong storytelling and influence across senior leaders and frontline teams.
• Experience collaborating with HQ and field teams to align priorities.
• Change management capabilities to drive adoption at scale.
• Bias for action in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from design and pilot to national rollout.
• Develop change management plans, communications, and training for new processes.
• Coach teams to maximize value from sales force and marketing programs.
• Monitor performance, gather data, and provide insights to inform decisions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across HQ and field to ensure alignment.
