Job summary

Flywheel is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, reporting, and month-end close for our Commerce leadership team. You will partner across pods, delivering clear P&L insights that help leaders understand performance and make data-driven decisions.

You will own the revenue and headcount forecast, develop driver-based models, and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue, profitability, and resource efficiency while supporting client billing with the FinOps team.

Qualifications

• Experience as FP&A leader or manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Commerce leaders across pods, supporting decision-making.
• Own revenue and headcount forecast for pods, building driver-based forecasts.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Support month-end close and collaboration with FinOps on client billing and controls.
