Job summary

Omnicom in Toronto is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to serve as the go-to finance lead for the Commerce leadership team. You will own forecasting, reporting, and P&L insights across client pods, driving data-led decisions and supporting month-end close and billing with the FinOps team.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities and the business acumen to be a trusted advisor to Finance and Commerce leaders, with in-office collaboration as part of a 3-day-per-week policy.

Qualifications

• Seasoned FP&A Manager with strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commerce leadership to provide FP&A support and insights.
• Own revenue, headcount forecasting, and driver-based models.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting with variance analysis.
• Support month-end close and billing with FinOps to ensure accuracy.
