Omnicom Careers in Toronto is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead the finance support for our Commerce leadership team. You will partner with pod leads, forecast revenue and headcount, and provide actionable P&L insights to guide decisions.

This hybrid role involves close collaboration with the FinOps team on billing, month-end close activities, and ensuring accurate contract terms are reflected in invoices.

Responsibilities

• Client Finance Partnership with Commerce Leadership: Serve as the primary finance partner to Commerce leaders across multiple pods, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Forecasting: Own the revenue and headcount forecast for your pods, building driver-based forecasts reflecting activity, pipeline, and staffing plans.
• Reporting & Insights: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting with variance analysis and actionable commentary for non-finance stakeholders.
• Month-End Close & Billing Support: Support month-end close activities and partner with FinOps on client billing to ensure contract terms are reflected accurately.
