Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking a talented professional to lead finance workstreams in a major ERP implementation. You will translate business requirements into robust system solutions and drive improvements in costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance processes.

Role involves partnering with Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors, validating ERP design, overseeing data migration, testing, and system readiness, and guiding change management to ensure compliant, accurate

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience leading ERP implementation or finance transformation projects.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Understanding of costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance processes.
• Experience with data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
