Job summary

Lenovo Services Solution Group in Canada seeks a seasoned ISG Services Delivery Manager to own and drive service outcomes for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. You will work with customer executives, IT leaders and Lenovo teams to maximize availability and business value.

You will lead service delivery across Lenovo support ecosystems, manage risks, and present data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders to improve availability and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing service delivery or enterprise technology roles.
• Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and executive relationships.
• ITIL, PMP or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted service advisor for strategic accounts.
• Lead service delivery activities across Lenovo support organizations and partners.
• Monitor performance and ensure SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and improve customer outcomes.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews to executive leadership.
• Own customer escalations and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolution.
