Job summary

Lenovo, a global technology company, seeks a Canada GICS CFS Operation Leader to steer the Canada 2nd Stage Configuration Services operation. You will strengthen governance, enable growth, and manage costs while coordinating across supply chain, IT, and sales teams to deliver reliable service.

You will lead site execution, drive continuous improvement, and ensure readiness for expanded lifecycle services, shaping a scalable operations framework for Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in operations management within services delivery, supply chain, fulfillment, or configuration.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution and establish clear governance and cadence.
• Proven capability to implement process controls that reduce errors and improve delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Canada CFS site execution leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement of Canada CFS, including capacity planning and throughput management.
• Design and implement business and system process controls to reduce errors and improve delivery reliability.
• Drive governance for risk/issue management, escalations, and KPI visibility.
• Ensure readiness to expand Canada’s lifecycle services scope (kitting, configuration, repair coordination, asset management, data erasure).
• Maintain strong inventory management for customer-owned inventory (including returns).
• Define handovers clearly.
