• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as key support pillar to Purchasing Manager and Procurement Analyst.
• Collaborate with Purchasing & Commercial teams to maintain forecasts and ensure material availability.
• Help manage district-level targets like Days Inventory on Hand and forecast accuracy.
• Review Customer Demand Forecast entries to confirm source and meet demand.
• Assist in evaluating stocking strategy and generate reports for purchasing and planning.
• Provide backup coverage for Procurement Analyst when needed.
