Advantage Solutions is looking for an Analyst Sales Planning based in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves supporting sales planning, demand forecasting, and trade spending for a key customer. You will assist with client planning, investigate forecast accuracy, and provide analytical reporting.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience and 2 to 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods. Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Experience in trade marketing, account management, and category management.

Responsibilities

• Assist client director with sales planning through demand forecasts.
• Support customer account managers in developing customer plans.
• Investigate forecast accuracy and support re-forecasting.
• Identify market-related data and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with account managers to gain consensus on forecasts.
• Document customer sales plan assumptions and update forecasts.
• Resolve pricing and trade deduction discrepancies.
