Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning or inventory management within manufacturing or global supply chains.
• Experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-market IBP and demand planning for Canada across functions and channels.
• Run structured demand reviews with Sales and PM teams to align with category strategy.
• Monitor supply and inventory, address undersupply/backorders, and communicate risks.
