Job summary

Konica Minolta Canada is seeking a Customer Engagement professional to nurture relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction across an assigned portfolio. You will collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to coordinate incidents, projects and service reviews, while identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
2 years of experience in account management and customer service.
Familiarity with ITIL Service Lifecycle and IT best practices.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for customer stakeholders and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate incident resolution and delivery of projects & technical services with cross-functional teams.
Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio and support revenue growth.
Support enterprise service delivery and assist in contract management.
Promote service improvements and risk management within the customer environment.
Maintain awareness of service management performance and customer entitlements.
