Job summary

ATCO Frontec is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume skilled trades and project-based roles across multiple sites in Canada. This role supports remote, rotational and hard-to-staff locations, partnering with operations and project leaders to meet changing workforce needs.

You will build talent pipelines, advise on interview practices, and coordinate activity across requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for remote, rotational or project-based work environments.
• Experience mass hiring and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
• Experience partnering with operations or project leaders; Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume skilled trades across multiple projects and locations.
• Support project mobilisations and changing workforce plans with tight timelines.
• Recruit for remote, rotational and hard-to-staff sites using local labour market strategies.
• Build and maintain active pipelines for recurring project requirements.
• Partner with project leaders, operations and HR to align hiring priorities.
• Advise leaders on candidate assessment, interviewing, and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activity across requisitions with timely updates and strong candidate experience.
• Conduct labour market research to assess trade availability and risks.
• Develop relationships with trade schools and industry associations to strengthen pipelines.
• Support inclusive hiring practices and outreach to under-represented groups.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events; travel to sites/events as needed.
