Job summary

ATCO Structures is seeking a strategic Recruitment Lead to shape workforce strategies and drive talent acquisition for complex, project-based environments. This full-time, in-office role partners with senior stakeholders to attract and hire top talent across executive, professional, and trades positions.

You will lead a high-performing team, build workforce planning frameworks, and own recruitment programs for mobilizations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team for recruitment delivery.
Provide strategic leadership for full-cycle recruitment across executive, senior leadership, and technical roles.
Develop workforce attraction and recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and support hiring plans.
Lead recruitment support for project mobilizations and large-scale hiring programs.
Improve talent pipelines through market intelligence and proactive sourcing.
Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Drive governance, reporting, and standardized tools in recruitment.
