Job summary

ATCO Frontec is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume skilled trades and construction roles across multiple projects and locations. You will support mobilisations, build strong pipelines, and partner with project leaders to meet changing workforce needs.

This role requires three years of full-cycle recruitment experience in construction or industrial hiring, with a focus on remote and project-based work environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruitment experience in construction or industrial hiring.
• Experience recruiting for remote, rotational or project-based work environments.
• Experience mapping and building pipelines for skilled trades and hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume skilled trades and construction roles across projects.
• Support mobilisations and ramp-ups with short timelines.
• Recruit for remote, rotational and hard-to-staff sites with targeted sourcing.
• Build pipelines for recurring project requirements and critical trades.
• Partner with project leaders to understand hiring priorities and supply practical recruitment solutions.
• Advise on assessment, interview practices, and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate activity across requisitions with timely updates and strong candidate experience.
• Conduct labour market research on trade availability and competition.
• Develop relationships with trade schools and industry groups to strengthen pipelines.
• Support inclusive hiring and outreach to underrepresented groups.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
• Travel to project sites or events as required.
