Job summary

ATCO Frontec is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for construction and infrastructure roles in Calgary and remote sites. You will partner with operations and project leaders to align hiring with mobilisations and workforce needs, while building strong pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment in fast-moving environments, experience with remote or project-based work, and a solid ATS

Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-cycle recruitment in construction or industrial hiring.
• Experience recruiting for remote, rotational, or project-based work environments.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems; Oracle Recruiting Cloud is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume skilled trades and construction roles across multiple projects and locations.
• Support project mobilisations, ramp-ups and changing workforce plans with tight timelines.
• Recruit for remote, rotational and hard-to-staff sites with targeted sourcing strategies.
