Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics Ltd is seeking a strategic Recruitment Lead to shape talent strategy, lead a high-performing team, and Partner with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across Canada.

The role is a full-time, in-office position focused on workforce planning, large-scale hiring programs, and external partnerships with educational institutions. You will drive an exceptional candidate and manager experience while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience leading recruitment delivery in complex, fast-paced or project-based environments.
• Proven experience recruiting across diverse talent segments.
• Experience leading workforce planning and large-scale hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing recruitment team.
• Provide strategic leadership for full-cycle recruitment across executive, senior leadership, professional, technical, and trades positions.
• Develop workforce attraction and recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and support hiring plans.
• Lead recruitment for project mobilizations and large-scale hiring programs.
• Leverage labour market intelligence to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Champion candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Drive governance, reporting, and recruitment process improvements.
• Identify gaps and implement standardized tools, templates, and workflows.
• Provide strategic support for hard-to-fill searches through proactive sourcing.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions and industry networks.
