Wolseley Canada is looking for a Lead Compensation Analyst – Canada to serve as the primary compensation subject matter expert for the Canadian business.
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this is a senior individual contributor role responsible for compensation programs nationally, including base pay, incentive programs, salary structures, job evaluation, market benchmarking, annual compensation planning, pay equity and compensation analytics.
You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll and business leaders, as well as Ferguson’s Compensation Centre of Excellence.
This role requires someone who is hands‑on, highly independent and comfortable making decisions with limited direction. A key initial priority will be supporting the Workday tenant migration, including compensation data cleanup, mapping, validation, testing and reconciliation.
Base Salary: $90,000 to $105,000 + 10% MIP
