Job summary

PwC Canada seeks a Senior Manager, Compensation within Total Rewards to lead the design, governance, and evolution of compensation frameworks and processes. You’ll partner with Human Capital leaders to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that keep programs competitive, equitable, scalable and compliant.

Your role includes leading the annual compensation cycle, applying market insights and analytics, and advising senior leaders on policy interpretation and complex pay decisions.

Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in compensation, total rewards or human resources, with deep expertise in broad-based compensation.
  • Proven experience leading compensation program design, job architecture, salary structure development and annual cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders on compensation strategy, policy interpretation and complex decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the firm's primary compensation subject matter expert and guide strategy and market positioning.
  • Lead the design, governance and evolution of compensation frameworks and policies.
  • Oversee annual compensation cycle, including merit and bonus planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights through analytics, market benchmarking and trend analysis.
  • Ensure pay equity, regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment across the organization.
