Job summary

ThoughtStorm seeks a communications professional to develop and execute strategies supporting organizational transformation, technology initiatives, and business objectives.

The role focuses on executive and leadership communications, internal engagement materials, and translating complex IT information into clear messaging for employees, leadership, stakeholders and customers. Collaboration with executives and stakeholders will drive change.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute communication strategies and plans to support transformation and tech initiatives.
• Create executive and leadership communications for updates, announcements and leadership messages.
• Develop high-quality internal communications and engagement materials including newsletters, FAQs and town-hall content.
• Translate complex business and IT information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging for employees, leadership, stakeholders and customers.
• Partner with executives, senior leaders, managers, SMEs, project teams and stakeholders to gather information and provide communications advice.
• Support organizational change management and transformation initiatives through employee engagement and messaging.
• Develop branding, visual identity, templates and visuals ensuring consistency across communications.
• Review, edit and perform QA on communications to improve clarity and effectiveness.
• Develop communications related to IT service disruptions, outages, incidents, maintenance and service changes.
• Prepare presentations and executive materials using advanced PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Suite, Canva is valuable.
