Job summary

NetworkPedia is seeking an Intermediate Communications Specialist to support technology, organizational change, and strategic initiatives through clear, effective communications. You will work with executives, project teams, and SMEs to develop messaging, employee communications, presentations, and visual content.

Responsibilities include creating communication strategies, translating complex information, reviewing materials, and developing templates and branding aligned with standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Communications, Commerce, or related field with 4+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• 10+ years developing and implementing effective communication plans.
• 10+ years developing professional internal communications for senior leadership, including messages and briefing materials.
• 10+ years developing professional presentations and visual communications for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive communications, leadership messages, announcements, and employee updates.
• Create communication strategies and plans supporting technology initiatives and transformation.
• Develop presentations, briefing notes, speaking notes, newsletters, and infographics.
• Translate technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Review and quality-assure communications from leadership and project teams.
• Develop branding, visual identity, templates, and visual materials.
