Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Director of Transformation to lead enterprise-wide programs that translate the CEO's vision into a high-performance roadmap. You will oversee the PMO, maintain the BOS, and drive ERP optimization across the organization to improve operational effectiveness.

With 10+ years in strategy, operations, or management consulting, you will mentor teams, manage budgets, and report progress through executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Strategy, Operations, Management Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Proven track record leading enterprise PMOs, process governance, ERP transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience driving cross-functional transformation through process improvement and digital enablement.
• PM/PgMP or Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate CEO vision into a high‑performance roadmap for the organization.
• Lead the PMO to ensure enterprise programs deliver impact on time and within budget.
• Maintain the Business Operating System (BOS) with documented, standardized processes.
• Drive ERP and enterprise system improvements to boost operational effectiveness and data integrity.
• Engage stakeholders with regular reporting, dashboards, and governance forums.
• Champion digital transformation and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.
