Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in corporate communications or journalism.
• 3–5 years in executive communications or speechwriting.
• Experience in a publicly traded corporate environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling with ability to mimic voices of multiple executives.
• Financial & business fluency translating results into engaging narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage and evolve the distinct voice/platforms for Executive Committee members.
• Draft speeches, memos, video scripts, board presentations, and thought leadership pieces for senior leaders.
• Partner with internal and external teams to design leadership visibility programs and prepare executives for high‑profile engagements (town halls, media interviews, panels).
• Provide strategic counsel and presentation coaching to executives, including prep sessions and dry runs.
