Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in business (BComm, MBA).
• High proficiency with software programs (Excel and MS Word).
• Analytical with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Motivated self-starter able to adapt to changing priorities.

• Structure and package competitive solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maximize profitability using FNBC pricing guidelines.
• Identify business opportunities among existing customers.
• Develop and apply pricing models and concepts.
• Prepare competitive credit packages with high risk assessment quality.
• Write credit applications with thorough risk assessment and due diligence.
• Present credit recommendations to VP Commercial Banking.
• Monitor portfolio to ensure adherence to guidelines and limits.
• Maintain timely renewal of credits and provide feedback to management.
