Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in business architecture, enterprise transformation, portfolio or program delivery or risk management.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives and operating model change in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities, practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set the capability strategy and architecture to advance risk priorities and enterprise outcomes.
• Lead operating model design, including roles, decision rights and cross-functional ways of working.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost transparency and benefits tracking across the portfolio.
• Establish governance and reporting for senior leaders on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Lead change strategies to achieve stakeholder alignment and sustainable adoption.
