• 7+ years in risk and compliance within Technology Infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in IT Infrastructure-related field (CS/CE).
• Experience as Risk Analyst/Project/Program Manager in IT Infra.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple risk projects.
• Desire to train others and continuously learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key risk advisor to teams across EPS risk and IT infrastructure.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative IT risk assessment reviews.
• Advise on RBC's IT Risk framework, policies, and standards.
• Contribute to risk metrics and risk appetite alignment.
• Identify and assess risks and controls across functions.
• Create risk assessment and control coverage plans and metrics.
• Sign off on control evaluation work papers and results.
• Support the RCSA program and its rollout.
• Oversee ORM practices across business units and geographies.
• Use analytics to correlate risk and identify leading indicators.
• Present risk reports to senior management and committees.
