Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training design, or transformation delivery.
• Proven experience leading OCM workstreams on medium or large initiatives in complex, matrixed or unionized environments.
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and ability to tailor approaches as needed.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and advisory skills; ability to influence leaders and guide decision making.
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred; strong writing skills in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end OCM strategy development for medium–large projects or multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Conduct complex change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable stakeholder, readiness, and adoption plans.
• Partner with sponsors, project managers, and SMEs to integrate OCM into program plans and governance routines.
• Establish and run Change Networks, including champion engagement, coaching, and activation.
• Identify adoption risks early and design mitigation strategies informed by data and stakeholder feedback.
