Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel, Quebec, is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Engagement and Adoption Specialist to drive engagement, adoption of new processes, and alignment across teams. You will work to unite diverse groups and build buy-in to ensure successful transformation.

You will design the engagement blueprint, coach leaders on change, and supply standardized playbooks and tools to enable consistent messaging and sustainable adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Education in Change Management, HR, Communications, Marketing, or Organizational Management.
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven proficiency in change management methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and influential leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy an engagement strategy for company-wide transformation.
• Lead the Transformation Narrative and coach sponsors on leading change.
• Coordinate Change Hub activities and standardize playbooks for unified messaging.
• Foster a collaborative community and track adoption metrics across the organization.
