Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada in Canada seeks a Director, Modernization and Change Enablement to lead enterprise-wide change management and governance. This hybrid role partners with executives to embed sustainable capabilities, drive workforce modernization, and align programs with strategic pillars.

Location flexibility includes Ottawa, Toronto or Montreal, with travel as needed and a focus on bilingual English/French collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, HR, business administration or related field.
• Advanced certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance for the Enterprise Change Council and oversee cross-functional change alignment.
• Formulate and execute enterprise change management strategy across functions and regions.
• Build partnerships with business leaders to drive workforce modernization and sponsor change initiatives.
• Design and embed enterprise-wide change management methodologies and readiness frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR, operations and leadership to ensure sustainable capability and learning integration.
