Job summary

BoomerangFX, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company, seeks an exceptional Vice President, Finance & Administration to lead global finance, admin, and business transformation. Reporting to the CEO, you will strengthen financial discipline, drive EBITDA and cash flow improvements, and scale the finance and administrative infrastructure for international expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, administration or business operations.
• Mandatory experience working in a private-equity-backed SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Direct experience in scaling a SaaS business from approximately $5M to $50M ARR with strong financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead BoomerangFX's global finance function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and treasury.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models, operating plans and rolling forecasts.
• Oversee external accounting firms, tax and advisory relationships to ensure compliance and advisory support.
• Drive EBITDA improvement, cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to evaluate resource allocation, investments and KPI-driven performance.
• Establish rigorous reporting, dashboards and management information to support executive decisions.
• Lead corporate administration, governance, procurement and vendor management across geographies.
• Champion transformation projects, automation, and systems to scale from early-stage to $50M ARR+.
