Job description

BoomerangFX is a rapidly growing global healthcare technology company transforming how private-pay healthcare practices operate, acquire patients and accelerate growth. Our AI-powered SaaS platform brings together practice management, electronic medical records, patient engagement, marketing automation, revenue growth solutions and autonomous AI capabilities into one integrated ecosystem. Operating across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and other international markets, BoomerangFX serves healthcare practices across medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, wellness and other high-growth specialty healthcare segments. We are building the next generation of AI-powered healthcare infrastructure, with an ambition to become the global operating system for private-pay healthcare. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an exceptional, hands-on financial and operational executive to lead our global finance, administration and business transformation functions.

Vice President, Finance & Administration

We are seeking a highly accomplished, commercially minded Vice President, Finance & Administration with proven experience in private-equity-backed SaaS companies that have scaled from approximately $5 million to $50 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

This is a senior executive leadership role combining strategic financial management, hands-on operational execution, corporate administration and cross-functional business transformation.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening financial discipline, improving operating performance, building scalable administrative infrastructure and leading initiatives that support profitable international growth.

We are not seeking a traditional accounting executive focused primarily on financial reporting and compliance. We are looking for a business-oriented finance leader who has operated in demanding, high-growth, private-equity-backed environments, understands SaaS unit economics, has managed multidisciplinary teams and can personally drive organizational improvements.

The ideal candidate has played a meaningful leadership role in scaling a SaaS business, professionalizing its financial and administrative functions, improving EBITDA and cash flow, and implementing the systems and processes required to support the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the company’s global finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, financial controls and financial planning and analysis.

Develop and maintain integrated financial models, annual operating plans, rolling forecasts and cash flow projections.

Establish financial accountability across business functions, departments and international operations.

Drive operating margin improvement, EBITDA performance, cash management and working capital optimization.

Analyze financial performance, identify variances and implement corrective actions.

Partner with executive leadership to evaluate resource allocation, operating investments, headcount and business performance.

Strengthen financial reporting and management information to support timely, data-driven executive decisions.

Oversee external accounting, audit, tax and professional advisory relationships.

Establish rigorous reporting and analysis of key SaaS performance indicators, including ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, churn, ARPU, CAC, LTV and CAC payback.

Develop revenue and profitability reporting by product, customer segment, geography and business unit.

Improve subscription revenue forecasting, billing accuracy, collections and revenue recognition processes.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Operations to improve customer economics and operating leverage.

Build scalable financial systems capable of supporting growth from early-stage SaaS operations to $50 million or more in ARR.

Provide actionable financial insights to improve pricing, margins, productivity and capital allocation.

3. Corporate Administration & Global Business Operations

Oversee the company’s corporate administrative functions, ensuring efficient and consistent execution across international operations.

Lead administrative teams responsible for corporate services, office administration, procurement, vendor management, facilities and operational support.

Establish clear responsibilities, performance standards, service levels and accountability across administrative functions.

Improve administrative productivity, cost efficiency and organizational responsiveness.

Oversee corporate policies, internal controls, contract administration and governance processes in coordination with legal and other functional leaders.

Standardize administrative workflows, reporting and operating procedures across geographies.

Ensure corporate infrastructure scales efficiently without unnecessary increases in overhead.

4. Organizational Leadership, Training & Development

Lead, coach and develop finance, accounting, administration and corporate services teams.

Assess organizational capabilities, identify skill gaps and implement structured training and professional development programs.

Build a culture of financial accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement and ownership.

Establish clear departmental KPIs, performance scorecards and management reporting.

Improve the quality, productivity and independence of managers and functional team members.

Recruit and develop strong financial and administrative leaders capable of supporting global growth.

Implement succession planning, cross-training and standardized operating procedures to reduce organizational dependency on individual employees.

Drive the adoption of best practices in financial management, corporate administration and business operations.

5. Business Transformation & Strategic Projects

Lead cross-functional transformation projects designed to improve operating efficiency, profitability, organizational effectiveness and scalability.

Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, reduce operating costs and improve service delivery.

Implement financial systems, reporting tools, workflow automation and AI-enabled business processes.

Lead process redesign and operational improvement initiatives across finance, administration and corporate functions.

Develop project plans, assign accountability, establish measurable milestones and ensure timely execution.

Evaluate outsourcing, shared services and technology solutions to improve cost effectiveness.

Support organizational restructuring, business integration and operating model transformation initiatives.

Ensure transformation projects deliver measurable financial and operational returns.

6. Private Equity, Capital Markets & Corporate Development

Support the CEO in capital raising, investor relations, lender reporting and strategic financial planning.

Prepare high-quality financial analysis, management presentations and reporting packages for investors, lenders and other stakeholders.

Maintain financial reporting standards and operating disciplines expected by institutional and private equity investors.

Support financial due diligence, acquisitions, strategic partnerships and post-acquisition integration.

Evaluate acquisition opportunities, financial synergies, integration costs and expected investment returns.

Assist in building the financial infrastructure and governance standards required for future institutional investment, strategic transactions or a potential public-market listing.

7. Executive Partnership & Operational Accountability

Serve as a trusted financial and operating partner to the CEO and senior executive team.

Translate business strategy into financial plans, operating budgets and measurable execution priorities.

Take direct ownership of complex financial, administrative and operational challenges.

Provide timely recommendations and implement solutions with minimal executive oversight.

Establish a disciplined cadence of financial reviews, operational reporting and performance management.

Support the company’s transition toward sustainable profitability, scalable growth and long-term enterprise value creation.
