Job summary

Rise People, Inc. in Calgary seeks a senior finance leader to shape strategy and own day-to-day finance in a fast-growth tech environment.

You will drive cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning while partnering with the executive team to scale operations. The role requires 5–12+ years of progressive financial leadership, advanced Excel and modeling skills, and experience with publicly listed companies.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of progressive financial experience as a senior leader.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with payment processors and financial systems is an asset.
• Experience working with high-growth or scaling organizations preferred.

Must have publicly listed experience.
