Job summary

Recruitment Partners Inc. Edmonton seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead global finance operations across multiple entities and currencies. You will drive QoE, debt management, cash forecasting, and capital allocation while steering a distributed finance team in various countries.

You will oversee M&A modeling, due diligence, integration and synergy tracking, with Board-facing reporting and investor materials. Travel to global offices is required.

Qualifications

• CPA designation with an advanced degree in finance or business.
• 8–15 years of progressive finance experience including CFO or VP Finance roles.
• Strong FP&A, accounting operations and debt financing background.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency operations and M&A integration.
• Exposure to private equity environments and strategic reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global finance operations across multiple entities, countries and currencies.

• Manage debt financing, lender relationships, and capital structure optimization.

This is a high-impact role within a Professional Services firm, offering the opportunity to lead financial operations across multiple international entities while supporting growth through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Lead global finance operations across multiple entities, countries and currencies
• Maintain a rolling Quality of Earnings (QoE) framework to support transparency and transaction readiness
• Manage debt financing, lender relationships, and capital structure optimization
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and capital allocation
• Direct and mentor a distributed finance team, including staff in different countries
• Support M&A activities including modeling, due diligence, integration, and synergy tracking
