Job summary

HP Canada is seeking a Category Business Manager to lead strategic product line management and drive growth across major categories. You will shape category strategies, define business plans, and collaborate with marketing, sales and finance to ensure flawless execution.

You will monitor KPIs, leverage customer insights, and build partnerships to strengthen market presence while translating data into actionable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 4–7 years of work experience, preferably in category management or P&L management.
• Experience translating data and insights into category strategies.
• Strong analytical and KPI-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance to identify improvements.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Oversee product line and quota management for key segments.
• Engage in partnerships with external IT vendors and cross-functional teams.
