Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in category, product, merchandising, or related commercial role in B2B distribution.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable category strategies.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the category strategy and assortment based on customer needs and market trends.
• Curate the portfolio and refresh or remove products to stay competitive.
• Drive supplier performance and negotiate programs and promotions.
• Turn data into actionable insights on sales, margins, and inventory.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve category management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Inventory, Finance, Supply Chain and other Category Managers.
