Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related equivalent.
• Five years of related experience in project management or project controls.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships internal and external.
• Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a changing environment.
• Excellent facilitation, project management and decision making skills.
• Commitment to safety, innovation and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Plan, research, develop, evaluate and implement processes and policies for strategic initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert to develop and interpret corporate policies with guidance.
• Identify new business solutions and operational efficiencies with significant impact.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects for strategic planning.
• Represent the department and present material to internal and external audiences.
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments and adapt to SaskPower’s environment.
• Provide leadership to project teams and assigned staff as required.
