Job summary

Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking a Purchasing Manager- Power Systems for our Regina, SK location.

You will lead procurement across power system components, leveraging supplier and market intelligence to drive sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of six years’ experience in procurement or supply chain environments, with focus on achieving cost efficiencies and strategic supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional procurement or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities across assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze spend data to determine strategic long-term sourcing approaches.
• Utilize supplier and market intelligence to support requirements and competitive positioning.
• Lead sourcing initiatives including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Identify and manage supplier relationships to support Brandt’s business units.
• Oversee contracting process including negotiation, preparation, and administration of agreements.
• Develop and issue RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other sourcing tools.
• Maintain market information to keep Brandt’s prices competitive within existing contracts.
• Provide regular performance updates to leadership and support strategic procurement planning.
