Job summary

Bruce Power is seeking a Business Process Specialist to contribute to our Supply Chain Governance and Oversight Section. The role focuses on advising for business goals, developing process frameworks, and improving performance measures in a safety-first nuclear environment.

The position is a term role up to 60 months, located on-site in Tiverton, Ontario, with ongoing training and potential for growth across the site.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year university education.
• Experience with business process improvement and change management.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to ensure department goals are met and reporting on performance measures.
• Develop and implement business process frameworks and sustaining improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Division and Learning Center to align training and work methods.
• Identify changes to maximize Maximo system effectiveness and perform testing and troubleshooting.
