Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a results-oriented Relationship Manager to cultivate and manage a portfolio of small business clients in Laval, QC. You will attract new business, expand existing relationships, and cross-sell banking solutions while delivering exceptional service and building trust.

You will develop strategic plans, analyze financials, and work with internal partners to meet client goals and manage risks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically between 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret financial statements and drive growth.
• Deep knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, builds, and manages relationships with a portfolio of small business clients.
• Develops sales strategies to attract new business and expand existing relationships.
• Identifies opportunities and cross-sells products and services to meet client needs.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and builds trust with clients.
• Develops and executes a business plan including relationship management strategies to retain customers.
• Analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations; monitors performance and addresses issues.
• Ensures compliance with risk management, data governance, and applicable policies.
