Responsibilities

• Set and execute branch-level strategy for revenue, margin, and financial performance.
• Lead sales and support teams, coaching for high performance.
• Develop key accounts and conduct regular on-site visits with customers.
• Lead product training initiatives to improve team knowledge.
• Oversee administrative and CSR functions supporting the sales team.
• Represent the company to local industry and community.
