Job summary

Soundbox Canada is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Vancouver and across Canada. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with designers, contractors, and end clients, and offer tailored acoustic and space-solution products for modern work and living environments.

You will collaborate with project teams to pursue quoting, coordination, and successful project completion, contributing to Soundbox’s growth in a fast-changing global brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3+ years of sales experience in construction, commercial interiors, furniture, architectural products, or building materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to propose professional, customized solutions.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, designers, contractors, and end clients.
• Support project-based opportunities, including quoting, coordination, and follow-through to completion.
