Job summary

Caesarstone Canada is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our presence across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. You will cultivate relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators to drive product adoption in residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys developing new business, presenting innovative surfacing solutions, and influencing design decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales with proven persuasiveness.
• Proven track record in B2B sales within architectural or design industries.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations and write/edit materials.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into specifications.
• Present Caesarstone products through meetings, showrooms, and events.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring client support for Caesarstone products.
• Maintain a structured pipeline with timely follow ups and territory coverage.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to expand network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and launches.
