This developmental role offers exposure to client management, operations, and cross-functional collaboration, with a clear path toward a Strategic Account Manager position. You will assist with meetings, note-taking, contract updates, and process improvement while ensuring high-quality service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and coordinate tasks for the Strategic Account Management team.
• Assist in client meetings with agenda development, materials, and follow-up.
• Capture meeting notes, action items, and next steps with timely execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Facilities teams.
• Create and maintain Salesforce opportunities, accounts, and related records.
• Support contract updates and documentation management.
