Job summary

Impulso Media in Mexico is hiring an Account Manager to strategically lead 2–4 Shopify DTC brand clients. You’ll be the primary contact for your clients, the glue across paid, email, social, creative, and production teams, and turn goals into campaigns that move the needle.

You’ll own accounts end to end, mentor a Junior Account Manager, and have a clear path into leadership as the agency grows, while operating 100% remotely from Mexico for North American brands.

Qualifications

• Fluent, confident English, both spoken and written.
• 3 to 5+ years in e-commerce, brand or agency side.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing across paid, email, social, analytics.
• Comfort with Klaviyo, Shopify, Asana, Airtable and Slack.
• AI-fluent; comfortable working with LLM tools daily.
• Ability to own cross-functional projects end to end and overlap with EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 Shopify DTC brands; be the face of Impulso for these accounts.
• Run monthly client success calls; set agenda, deliver insights, drive decisions.
• Strategic orchestration across paid, email, social, creative, and production teams.
• Create campaign briefs, channel mix, and budget allocations per client.
• Provide brand-level strategy: positioning, seasonal calendar, concepts, direction.
• Review KPIs across Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify; present roadmaps.
