Job summary

Dulcedo is seeking an Account Manager to elevate client relationships and oversee influencer partnerships from negotiation to delivery, ensuring brands and talent collaborate smoothly. You will manage onboarding, plan quarterly activities, propose content strategies, track KPIs, and deliver insights while working with talents and brands across North America.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with offices in Montreal and Toronto and opportunities for growth within a people-first,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or PR.
• Proven ability to communicate with talents and corporate clients.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Proven negotiation, conflict resolution and expectation management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of influencer partnerships and KPI assessment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partnerships from start to finish, ensuring terms and milestones are met.
• Engage talents and brands throughout collaborations to nurture relationships.
• Evaluate KPIs and deliver reports detailing successes and insights.
• Ensure talents maintain a consistent, impactful social media presence.
• Develop content strategies leveraging analytics and trends.
• Support talents through onboarding, quarterly planning, and activities.
• Assist day-to-day management with planning.
• Manage inbound PR requests, interview requests, mailers, and event invites.
• Contribute to outbound talent sourcing, outreach, and pitches.
• Attend on-site production days and talent events.
• Stay updated on industry trends to support the team.
