Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in Ontario, Canada seeks an experienced Account Manager in CSM to deliver advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor, developing deep customer relationships while driving sustainable outcomes in energy and water management.

You will analyze programs for cooling, boiler, and wastewater, produce service reports, lead value-driven reviews, and grow revenue while navigating margins and contracts.

Qualifications

• Chemical water & process treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with account growth.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that interpret results and recommend improvements.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet and manage annual revenue targets, margins, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new profitable opportunities.
• Work safely and adhere to EHS policies.
