Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in process engineering, including substantial experience in water and wastewater treatment system design and application.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams, functions, or multidisciplinary technical organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering organizations in environments requiring high technical accuracy, speed of execution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Deep knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and their application across multiple industry markets.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align engineering decisions with commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through complexity, influence across functions, and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the process engineering function in support of WaterTech NORAM growth objectives.
• Establish engineering priorities, operating models, and capability plans to respond rapidly to market opportunities.
• Drive scalable, repeatable treatment solutions aligned with market needs.
• Provide executive oversight of process design activities across NORAM ensuring technical rigor and design integrity.
• Align process engineering strategy with customer needs and commercial objectives.
• Foster knowledge sharing, standardization, and continuous improvement across projects and markets.
