Job summary

ChemTreat in Canada seeks an Account Manager III to learn under a senior manager, shadowing to master water-treatment solutions and customer selling fundamentals. You will be assigned tasks on accounts within an existing territory to retain and grow the customer base under supervision.

With guidance you’ll develop relationships, identify key decision makers, and work with senior staff to increase sales and profit margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience interacting with customers at all organizational levels.
• Water treatment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, create, improve, and implement innovative sales strategies to drive ChemTreat’s position in the assigned geography.
• Develop relationships with customers by identifying decision makers, researching prospects, and coordinating with senior staff.
• Work with senior staff to increase sales and profit margin within the territory.
• Engage technical staff and management to develop retention and growth strategies.
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
