Job summary

The Timber-Tech Group of Companies is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth by developing relationships with residential builders, commercial and agricultural customers, engineering firms and architects in Western Canada. On-site in Calgary with occasional remote work one day per week.

The role blends technical product knowledge with strong relationship management and proactive sales execution; you will be the face of the company in the field, manage opportunities in Acumatica CRM,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in construction or building materials.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external contacts.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Experience using Acumatica CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.
• Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with growth targets.
• Prospect builders, commercial clients, farm operations, and project stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities through CRM (Acumatica) and quotes to drive conversion.
• Coordinate product positioning across Timber-Tech portfolio to grow account value.
• Maintain strong relationships and regular site visits.
