Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is hiring a Warehouse Store Attendant to support the hotel's supply chain and daily operations. You will help distribute and store food, beverage, and other essential supplies across departments.

You must be able to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and work closely with a team in a fast-paced environment. On-site staff housing, meals, and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Food & Beverage knowledge is an asset.
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be physically capable of meeting demands (standing, lifting up to 80lbs, pushing heavy carts).

Responsibilities

• Distribute supplies and products to departments and track goods.
• Unload food & beverage products from delivery trucks daily.
• Store items properly with rotation in fridges and freezers.
• Unload merchandise and assist loading of the hotel truck.
• Daily cleaning of storage areas, fridges and freezers.

Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Store Attendant, where you'll play a vital role in the smooth operation of our hotel's supply chain. In this hands-on role, you will ensure the efficient distribution and proper storage of food, beverage, and other essential supplies across various departments.

Pay Rate: $20.99/hour

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting all departments in the distribution of supplies and products while accounting for all goods from food stores and receiving areas.
• Unloading food & beverage products from delivery trucks daily.
• Ensure all products received are properly stored, while maintaining rotation and storage areas, fridges & freezers.
• Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and assist loading of the hotels truck.
• Daily cleaning of storage areas, fridges & freezers.

Qualifications

• Food & Beverage knowledge (Meats, Produce, Dry Goods, Etc.) an asset.
• Previous warehouse experience an asset
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Must be physically capable of meeting demands of the position: standing, walking, bending, lifting 80lbs and pushing carts ranging from 500lbs – 1,000lbs
