Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park seeks a Bellperson to deliver luggage, orient guests to their rooms, and provide exceptional service as a lobby ambassador. The role requires a valid Alberta Class 4 license and physical stamina, with CPR/First Aid as a plus. On-site benefits include subsidized staff housing and meals.

Starting date is September 2026, and the position is permanent. You may work holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non-day shifts as needed to support guest

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Class 4 license required and current driver’s abstract free of any serious demerit points.
• CPR and First Aid certification would be an asset.
• Must be physically capable of meeting the very physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and items for delivery within the property.
• Personalize guests’ orientation of their room in a professional, friendly and engaging way.
• Maintain lobby presence as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to guests.
• Act as a valet parking attendant and park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Receive and deliver items for guests.
• Address guest concerns and bring them to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s emergency procedures.

Job Description

A smile and a helping hand are what our Guests will experience as you personally greet them upon arrival. As a Bellperson with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, your knowledge of the hotel and the professionalism you display will create a sense of “welcome” like no other.

Rate of Pay: $24.88/hour

Job Duties Include
